Fruit and Nuty Cupcakes

- 5 ounces butter
- 2-1/2 ounces brown sugar
- 2-1/2 ounces caster sugar
- 7 ounces self rising flour
- 1/2 tsp almond essence
- 1/4 cup mix chopped nuts almond,pistachio, casio nuts or as you like
- 1/4 cup mix dried fruits raisins, black currents, or as you like

Procedure of Fruit Cupcakes
- Put paper cups in the cupcakes tray and set aside.
- In a bowl add butter, brown sugar, self rising flour, eggs, almond essence and beat
till it becomes frothy and creamy.
- Now add chopped nuts and dried fruits and mix well.
- Pour this batter in the paper cups and bake in a pre-heated oven on 180ºC
for 5-10 minutes or till done.
- Insert tooth pick inside the fruit cupcakes if it comes out dry that means its ready.
- When cool served with tea or coffee or as you like.
