  • 8 ounces Flour
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 4 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 8 ounces caster sugar
  • 8 ounces butter/oil
  • 1 tsp mint essence
  • 100 grams chocolate chips
Icing Ingredients
  • 4 ounces butter unsalted
  • 8 ounces icing sugar
  • 1 tsp mint essence
  • few drops green color
  • as required Chocolate sprinkles and bars

Procedure Of Mint Chocolate Cupcake

  1. In a bowl take flour, baking powder and mix well with hand whisker.
  2. Now in a separate bowl beat butter/oil in a sugar very well with an electric beater.
  3. Then add eggs and beat.
  4. Add flour mixture in butter mixture, mint essence and fold very well.
  5. Put paper cups in a muffin tray and pour mixture in it.
  6. Fill 3/4 paper cup with this mixture.
  7. Now bake in a pre-heated oven on 160°C for 20 minutes or till done.
  8. Insert tooth pick inside the mint chocolate cupcake if it comes out dry it means its done.

Mint Icing Procedure

  1. Take butter, icing sugar and beat well.
  2. Now add mint essence and green color and again beat till it form peaks.
  3. Now pipe with a help of piping bag and garnish it on the cupcakes.
  4. Sprinkle chocolate sprinkles and chocolate bars.
