Shrimp Szechuan recipe is very delicious and tempting dish of chinese cuisine. It can be serve as main course or a side dish of chinese food.


Shrimp                                            4 Cups
beans sprouts                                 1 Cup
green ball pepper                           1 Cup
onion                                                1 Cup
mushroom pieces                          1 Cup
Ginger (chopped)                          2 tsp
Garlic powder                                1 tsp
Soya sauce                                       1 tsp
Sesame Oil                                       2 tbsp
Red pepper flakes                           2 tsp
Chicken stock                                 1/2 Cup
White Vinegar                                2 tbsp
Cornflour                                        2 tsp 

Shrimp Szechuan Recipe Procedure

1. Chop the onions, green ball peppers and mushroom pieces.
2. Heat the oil.
3. Add chopped bean sprouts, green ball peppers, mushroom pieces, onions and chopped ginger.
4. Stir in garlic powder.
5. Mix sesame oil, salt, vinegar, chicken stock, corn flour and peppers in jar
6. Add this to the fried vegetables.
7. Now mix cooked shrimp to the mixture and cook till thick.
8. Shrimp Szechwan is ready.
