  • 1 kg chicken leg piece give cuts
  • 1/4 cup white vinegar
  • 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  • to taste salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper powder
  • 1 tsp white pepper powder
  • 1-1/2 cups plain flour
  • 2 tbsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp mustard powder
  • 1/4 cup corn flour
  • for deep frying oil

Chicken Drum Sticks Procedure

  1. Rub salt on the chicken and then boil without water for 3-4 minutes in the pan.
  2. Then marinate chicken with white vinegar, ginger garlic paste, black and white pepper,
    mustard powder and some more salt if required for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Make sure that all the marination is well mixed in the chicken.
  4. Now take dry ingredients i.e. flour, corn flour and baking powder and mix well.
  5. Now coat chicken with this dry mixture very well.
  6. In the remaining batter add some water to make a batter and if you need to add salt you may add
    according to your taste.
  7. the consistency of the batter should be medium not too thick nor too watery.
  8. Now dip chicken in the batter and deep fry until golden brown and crispy.
  9. Serve hot with ketchup and garnish with lettuce leaves, cucumber and tomato slices.
