Ingredients
  • 1 tin or can evaporated milk
  • 1 cup mango cubes
  • 1 cup yogurt
  • 1/2 tsp mango essence
  • 1 cup crushed ice
  • 1 tbsp caster sugar or sugar powder

Recipe Procedure

  1. Blend all the ingredients together in a blender very well.
  2. Blend until well combined and mixed.
  3. Serve in a glass with a piece of mango cube at the top of the glass.
  4. Serve immediately and chilled.
