  • 1/2 kg potatoes
  • 100 g grated coconut
  • 2 tbsp green corrainder finely chipped
  • 2 tbsp ghee
  • 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
  • 1 tsp green chillies paste
  • few raisins chopped
  • few cashew nut chopped
  • for deep frying oil
  • 1 tbsp corn flour
  • to taste salt
  • 2 eggs beaten
  • as needed bread crumbs
  • as needed black pepper & white pepper

Stuffed Potato Balls Recipe Procedure

  1. Boil and peel potatoes.
  2. Mash potatoes very well.
  3. Add black pepper, white pepper and salt.
  4. Mix well and keep a side.
  5. Heat ghee in a pan and add ginger garlic paste.
  6. Saute ginger garlic paste and then add salt, green chilies paste,
    green corainder, grated coconut and all the nuts and stir well.
  7. Cook until golden brown and then remove from the flame.
  8. Allow it to cool and set a side.
  9. Now make flat circles with hands of mashed potatoes and stuff saute mixture in it.
  10. Now form balls, saute mixture inside.
  11. Dip balls in cornflour then beaten eggs then bread crumbs and deep fry until golden.
  12. Serve hot with ketchup.
