You can consume this weight loss soup recipe during the banana diet plans or any other weight loss diet plan.

- 23 ounces water
- 1 onion, cut into rings
- 2 green chiles
- 3 tomatoes
- 1 cabbage
- 2 lettuce leaves
- 1 carrot

- Mix all ingredients together and boil for five minutes.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
