  • 2 cups dry milk
  • 2 tbsp plain flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 2 eggs
  • 2-3 tbsp ghee
  • as needed pistachio for garnishing
  • for deep frying oil
For Sheera or Chaashni
  • 1/2 kg sugar
  • few drops kewra

Ghulab Jamun Recipe Procedure

For Sheera or Chaashni

  1. Boil sugar and 1/2 liter water together.
  2. Cook until thick and then add few drops of kewra.
  3. Set a side.

For Ghulab Jamun

  1. In a mixing bowl add all the ingredients of ghulab jaamun except eggs.
  2. Mix well.
  3. Now beat eggs.
  4. Slowly slowly add eggs in a mixture to knead the dough.
  5. Now make small balls of ghulab jamun and fry on a medium flame.
  6. Fry until golden brown or golden and quickly put in the sheera until sheera absorb
    in the ghulab jamun.
  7. Now serve in a dish by pouring some sheera and garnish with whole illachi or pistachio.
