  • 2 kg pumpkin
  • 6 green ilaaichi
  • 50 g pistachio
  • 100 g grated coconut
  • 250 g khoya
  • 250 g sugar
  • 250 g ghee
  • 1 tbsp kewra
  • 2 cups dry milk

Pumpkin Halwa Recipe Procedure

  1. Peel and grate pumpkin.
  2. Now in a pan take 1 glass water and cook pumpkin in it.
  3. Cook until water dries out.
  4. Then add ghee and fry well.
  5. Now add sugar, green illaichi and fry until water of sugar dries.
  6. Then add coconut and khoya.
  7. Stir well.
  8. Then add dry milk and kewra and stir.
  9. Remove from the flame.
  10. Garnish pumpkin halwa with pistachio and almonds.
